Bowls.Coach is an organisation whose roots are embedded in quality coaching to players of all levels of competence. We also provide an independent advisory service to help Bowls Clubs and County Associations to develop their own grass roots Blue-Print Plan on the provision of a transitional Coaching Development Programme, designed to improve and develop Techniques and Skills of players from Junior, Academy and Elite Youth levels into the Senior Ranks. Our advice covers all aspects of structured support services and resources in Management, Administration, Safeguarding, Coaching/Equipment, Recruitment and Marketing.
The organisation was founded by award winning coach, Howard Jones, out of his experiences and many enquiries received from the bowls community, in connection to his joint successful establishment of the Junior Club, Youth Academy and Elite Group at Newport Pagnell Bowls Club and the subsequent formation of the North Bucks Regional Academy within the Buckinghamshire Bowls Association wider county youth development policy.
