Therefore establishing an effective recruitment strategic programme to promote our sport amongst the 8-12 year old's in schools, scout groups and youth clubs etc, is an essential element of the Academy's activities. It is with this age group you establish the interest and love of the game, which will support the long term commitment and loyalty under difficult peer pressure in their teens.
